Heads up, Noida folks! There's movement happening in Sector 150's Sports City. The Noida Authority just removed restrictions on projects there, acting on a Supreme Court order. What does this mean for you? If you're one of the roughly 20,000 homebuyers affected, this is big. Builders like Tata, Godrej, Prestige, County, Lotus Greens, and Eldeco can now get occupancy certificates and register completed projects. So, if you've been waiting, things might finally be moving forward. Anyone actively looking to buy in Noida, especially in Sector 150? What's your experience been like with these Sports City projects? Share your insights!

I'm still skeptical. Noida Authority has made promises before. I'll believe it when I see people actually getting possession. Show me the money, err, the keys!
So, what's the next step? Builders will start applying for OCs now? How long will that process take? Need a realistic timeline.
U13, Basically, builders couldn't get occupancy certificates because of some land issues. Now they can, so completed projects can be registered and you can finally get possession.
County Group ka kya scene hai? Heard mixed reviews. Are they actually delivering on time?
Be careful with County. I know someone who invested in their project near Pari Chowk and it's been delayed by years.
I bought in Eldeco Amantran a few years back. While the society is nice, the maintenance charges are ridiculously high. Consider that before investing.
With the new Jewar airport coming up, Sector 150 is definitely going to see a price appreciation. This is the right time to invest, despite the delays.
U8, I booked a unit there 2 years ago. They are relatively better than other builders in the area. Construction is happening, but still behind schedule. Check the RERA registration number and project progress before you invest.
Sector 150 ka avg rate kya chal raha hai? I'm planning to sell my 3BHK in ATS Pristine. Any idea what price I can expect?
U10, Last I checked, it's around 7000-7500 per sq ft for resale. But it depends on the floor, view, and amenities available.
U10, Bhai, ATS Pristine is a good society. You should get a decent price. Try listing on NoBroker and Magicbricks.
Yeh restrictions exactly kya the? Someone explain like I'm 5. I'm thinking of renting in Sector 150 but eventually want to buy.
U3, bhai mera bhi same haal hai. Prestige Falcon City, promised possession 2022, abhi tak construction incomplete. What's the status you're hearing?
U4, last I heard, they're saying end of this year. But I'm not holding my breath. RERA complaint file kar di hai maine.
U5, Good move. RERA is the only way to get these builders to move. Even I am planning to do the same for my Godrej project.
U3, Prestige is usually good, what happened here? I thought they were reliable. Maybe it's a cashflow issue
I was looking at Tata Eureka Park in Sector 150. Location is good, but hearing so many delay stories makes me hesitant. Is it worth the risk?
Finally some good news! Been waiting for possession in Lotus Greens Sports City for ages. Fingers crossed this actually means something.
Supreme Court order is great and all, but Noida Authority ka track record dekh kar darr lagta hai. Will they actually implement it properly? Need to see action on the ground.
Sector 150 is prime location, but these delays have been killing me. Prestige Falcon City mein invest kiya tha, abhi tak kuch nahi hua. Anyone else in the same boat?
