Noida tax benefits: A first-time buyer's reality check

Sector 71 – everyone glorifies its metro access, but honestly, the tax benefits for a first-time buyer on an ₹80L Unibera project feel like a joke. My CA says Section 24 caps out fast. Is ₹2L/year all we get? Seems like false advertising for real savings. Change my mind.
