Noida to Cancel Ownership of Vacant Plots After 12 Years

Hey guys, Noida real estate mein kya chal raha hai? Heard anything about plots lying vacant for ages? So, Noida Authority ne ek bada decision liya hai. Basically, agar koi plot 12 saal se zyada khali pada hai, toh uska ownership cancel ho sakta hai. They're doing this to make more land available for housing and improve the city. This is good news because it should discourage people from just hoarding land and not building anything. Hopefully, this move will lead to more development and better options for us buyers.
