Folks are talking about the new airport non-stop, and now Noida is planning a dedicated bus-way to Jewar! This is huge for connectivity, and you know what that means: property values in Noida are only going to climb higher. Better access to the airport will make the whole area more attractive for businesses and residents alike. Seedhi baat, this kind of infrastructure investment is a strong signal for future growth. If you're considering investing in Noida, this is definitely something to keep an eye on. Sochiye zaroor! Anyone have any first-hand experience with this project or insights into how it might impact property prices? Let's discuss!

Okay, so overall consensus seems to be: good news, but don't get carried away. Do your research, and be patient. Infrastructure projects take time.
Exactly! And keep an eye on the Jewar airport construction progress. That's the real game-changer.
True that. Jewar airport is the key. This busway is just a small piece of the puzzle.
Has anyone heard any updates on when the bus-way project is supposed to start? Koi timeline hai kya?
No concrete timeline yet, U13. That's the frustrating part. We'll have to keep an eye on Noida Authority announcements.
Speaking of delays, anyone know the latest on the Supertech twin towers demolition? That's gotta impact property values in Sector 93A.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Is it worth investing at this price point?
7k is decent, but depends on the project. Which builder are you looking at?
Be careful – some builders are offering 'assured returns' schemes. Read the fine print, bahut scams hote hain.
Mera bhi same experience tha. I bought a flat in 2018 based on the promise of a new metro line. Still waiting! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.
Has anyone seen the actual route map for this bus-way? I can't find any official information online.
I heard it will run along the Yamuna Expressway. But that's just hearsay, nothing confirmed yet.
Sochiye zaroor? Bhai, sochna hi toh mushkil hai. Everything is so uncertain. Market is up and down like a rollercoaster.
Uncertainty toh rahegi. But long term, Noida is still a good investment. The infrastructure is improving, albeit slowly. Just do your due diligence.
Exactly U17! And check the builder's track record. How many projects have they actually delivered on time?
Due diligence is key! RERA registration number check karo before investing. Too many shady builders out there.
Pari Chowk is already pretty developed. I think the areas closer to Jewar, like Sector 151 and beyond, will see the biggest jump in property values. Land is cheaper there now, so more potential for growth.
Sector 151 mein kaunsa project dekh rahe ho? I heard Jaypee Greens is doing something there.
U5, you're right. The periphery will definitely benefit. But Pari Chowk will also see an increase, just not as dramatic. Think about rental yields – easier airport access means more demand.
Rental yields are already pathetic in Noida. I'm barely breaking even on my Sector 137 apartment. Hopefully, this will change things.
Sector 137 is oversaturated with apartments, that's the problem. Too much supply, not enough demand. This busway might help though.
U8, what's your current rental? And maintenance charges? Sector 75 rates are also down, I'm trying to figure out why.
Guys, don't get too excited. Remember the Noida-Greater Noida Metro extension? Still not fully operational. These projects take forever.
Seedhi baat no bakwas! Finally some good news. Noida needs better connectivity, especially with Jewar coming up. Property rates are already crazy, imagine what they'll be after this bus-way is built.
Dedicated busway? Sounds good on paper, but will it *actually* happen? Noida Authority promises a lot of things... I'll believe it when I see it.
Totally agree U2. Aur kitne sapne dikhayenge yeh log? I'm still waiting for the promised Sector 78 park!
Which areas in Noida will benefit most from this, do you guys think? I'm considering investing near Pari Chowk.
