posted on 9 AprNoida to get two new power substations in Sectors 94, 65
Two new power substations are coming up in Noida! That's a big deal, folks. Sectors 94 and 65 are getting some serious power upgrades. Seedhi baat, this means better infrastructure and *potentially* higher property values in those areas. RDSS is investing to make sure the lights stay on. Is this good news for those of you looking to buy in Noida? What do you all think?

It's good news, but Noida needs more than just power substations. We need better governance and accountability from the authorities.
I think this RDSS investment shows that the government is serious about improving Noida's infrastructure. Let's hope it translates into real improvements on the ground.
So, what happens next? Will this actually lead to lower electricity bills? That would be a welcome change!
Overall, positive news for Noida. Better infrastructure is always a good thing, even if the impact on property values is debatable. Long term, it's beneficial.
Be careful while investing in Noida Extension. Infrastructure is still lacking. Bijli, paani, sadak - sab problem hai.
Totally agree yaar. Noida Extension is a gamble. Unless you're getting a really good deal, I'd avoid it.
So, what's the timeline for these new substations? Any idea when they'll be operational?
Possession mila kya kisi ko Supertech Emerald Court mein after the demolition? That's the real question.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Builder promised everything, delivered nothing.
I'm an NRI looking to invest in Noida. Is now a good time, considering the rising interest rates?
U12, Rates are high, but property prices are also appreciating. Depends on your investment horizon. Long term, Noida is still a good bet. Short term, maybe wait and watch.
U12, Also, factor in the rupee-dollar exchange rate. It can significantly impact your returns. Talk to a financial advisor before making any decisions.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Booked a flat in Sector 78, builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Now I'm looking for a ready-to-move option in Sector 150.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Too high, in my opinion. But it's a good location, with the new metro line coming up.
U16, 7k is high, but consider the infrastructure. Parks, schools, hospitals. It's a planned sector. Worth the investment if you're looking for a family-friendly environment.
U16, Metro line is a game changer. Prices will only go up from here. Better to buy now than regret later.
Sector 65 is already quite developed. I wonder why it needed another substation. Sector 7x and 1xx need more attention, those areas are still struggling with basic infrastructure.
U6, Sector 65 is getting more high-rise buildings. Increased load. Plus, with all the commercial development happening near the expressway, power demand is going up.
U2, Don't just jump in. Check the builder's track record. Sector 65 mein ek builder hai, naam nahi loonga, but bahut delayed projects hain. RERA registration number check karo before investing.
Haan yaar, builder ka track record is key. Mere friend ka paisa phas gaya tha. Abhi tak possession nahi mila.
U8, True that. RERA is your best friend. Don't trust those glossy brochures. Reality is often very different.
This is great news. But Noida authority should also focus on improving the drainage system. Last monsoon, Sector 93 was flooded. Power is important, but so is basic sanitation.
Finally some good news! Sector 94 mein toh power cuts are a nightmare, especially in summers. This is much needed. Hopefully, it'll actually happen and not just remain on paper.
Seedhi baat no bakwas, does this mean property prices will go up? I'm thinking of investing in a plot near Sector 65. Worth it, guys?
Good news for residents for sure. But 'potentially' higher property values? Bhai, everything is 'potential' until it actually happens. Builders promise the moon and deliver a chanda mama.
I bought a flat in Sector 93B three years ago. Power situation was a major concern. This RDSS investment is welcome, but let's see if the implementation is efficient. Noida Authority, please don't mess this up!
U2, plot mein mat phaso. Go for a ready-to-move apartment. Less hassle, and you can rent it out immediately. Plots are risky business, especially with Noida's land acquisition issues.
