Noida to Hike Land Acquisition Rates

Noida mein kuch toh chal raha hai! Heard that the Noida Authority might be increasing land acquisition rates soon. Seems like group housing plots could go up by 10%, and other categories by 6-8%. Yeh news kaafi important hai for buyers kyunki ultimately, yeh saara cost toh projects par hi add hoga. Could mean slightly higher property prices in the future, especially for new launches.
