Noida mein kuch toh naya ho raha hai! सुना है Sector 94 mein jo Habitat Centre ka project atka hua tha, woh phir se shuru hone wala hai. Lagbhag 4 saal se yeh project ruka pada tha, but now they're looking for a developer. Convention center, hotel, shops, apartments... full package hai bhai! PPP model pe banega. Yeh news kaafi important hai for property prices. What do you guys think, Noida mein rates badhenge ya nahi?
