Noida folks, are you looking at property in the villages around the city? Well, get this: Noida Authority is planning a big change! They're rewriting building rules and making map approvals easier in 81 villages. Seedhi baat, this could mean a lot more construction and development. What does this mean for us? Potentially a great opportunity to invest early and see some serious appreciation as these areas develop. It's definitely something to keep an eye on, and do your research. Anyone actively looking to buy in Noida right now? What's your experience been like so far?

Sector 150 looks good for investment right now. Greenery and good connectivity. But prices are already quite high. Avg rate around 7k/sqft.
U2, bhai, which project in Sector 78? I'm also stuck there. Supertech? Mereko toh 2 saal se rula rahe hain.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise the moon and deliver nothing. RERA mein complaint daalo, bhai!
Daal toh diya, dost. But RERA bhi slow hai yaar. Koi sunwai nahi hoti.
U4, try following up aggressively. Go in person. Show them you're serious. It worked for a friend of mine.
Rewriting building rules? Sounds risky, but could be a game changer. I'm hearing whispers of FNG also seeing some development. Will wait and watch first.
Seedhi baat toh ye hai, builders will exploit this. More construction means more delays and less accountability. Already struggling with my possession in Sector 78.
Interesting! Which villages exactly are we talking about? Any idea on the kind of projects coming up? Anyone have inside info?
