Noida to woo farmers with increased land rate

Noida folks, things are heating up in the land market! Word is the Noida Authority is bumping up land acquisition rates to bring farmers on board for the DNGIR project. This means they're paying farmers more, hopefully speeding up land availability. Seedhi baat, this *could* mean more projects sooner, but also potentially higher prices down the line.
