Noida transforms into a luxury realty hub

**₹40 Crore Homes in Noida?!** Seriously?! I just saw that Noida is becoming a luxury real estate hotspot, maybe even giving Gurugram a run for its money. Apparently, M3M, Max, Gulshan, and County Group are all launching fancy new residences with prices that are making my jaw drop. They're talking about average selling prices of ₹25,000-₹35,000 per sq ft! Has anyone been out to see these new projects? I'm so curious about what this means for the future of property values in the area. What do you guys think – will this influx of luxury properties drive up prices across the board in Noida?
