Noida upgrade feels impossible with these prices

Are current Noida property prices even sustainable? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 137, thinking about a 3BHK, but prices in Sector 150 or even Noida Extension feel crazy. With Jewar Airport coming, everyone's predicting more hikes. Is it just builder hype, or will this actually hold till 2026? My budget around ₹1.5 Cr feels small now.

Totally agree yaar. My budget is also similar and I'm looking at Sector 150 too. Lagta hai ab to plot bhi nahi milega utne mein.

Sahi baat hai! Mera friend Alpha II Commercial Belt mein shop dekh raha tha, uska bhi yahi haal hai, prices out of control lag rahe hain.
