PI Greater Noida — thinking about upgrading to a villa or a bigger 3BHK here. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, already have a home loan going on. Ab dekh raha hoon ki is it worth paying the premium for a larger space, especially with Jewar coming up? Builders like Fusion Buildtech quotes seem high for 3BHKs, around ₹1.5 Cr. Kya secondary market mein deals better mil sakti hain? Lagta hai price correction ka wait karna chahiye ya abhi buy karna smart move hoga? Noida mein prices already kafi upar hain. Any insights on where to find real value, like hidden gems? Or should I just stick to my 2BHK for a few more years?

Bhai, 1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in PI Greater Noida? That's really steep. I'm also a first-time buyer and looking for a 3BHK, but this price range is making me nervous. Lagta hai builders ne Jewar ka hawa bana ke rates itne upar kar diye hain. What if the prices correct after a year or two? Is it a good time to buy now?
