Noida vastu tips - legit or just hype?

Hey guys, I saw this video where a Vedic astrologer was talking about vastu dosh in homes and remedies. He mentions some directions being bad for travel. I'm looking at a place in Noida Sector 75, and now I'm wondering if I should be worried about the direction it faces. Has anyone here followed vastu principles? Does it actually make a difference?
