Some towers have started giving possession. But completion certificate is still awaited for all towers.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in a different project. Promised swimming pool is still under construction after 3 years!
Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai in other projects. Delayed possessions and poor construction quality. Be careful before investing all your savings.
Noida is good for end-use, Gurgaon is better for investment, in my opinion. Rental yield bhi Gurgaon mein zyada hai.
Rental yield is important, totally agree. But capital appreciation potential Noida mein zyada ho sakta hai long term.
Sector 151 is good, but check the builder's financial health. Heard some rumours about cash flow problems. RERA mein complaint bhi registered hai kya?

U10, Noida Extension is a mess! Too much construction, poor infrastructure. Sector 151 is relatively more organized and premium.
True that. Noida Extension mein traffic jam is a nightmare. Daily commute is hell.
But Sector 151 is also getting crowded now. Connectivity to Delhi is still an issue. Need to rely on the Aqua Line.
Gurgaon ka infrastructure Noida se bahut behtar hai. Connectivity bhi. Why would I invest in Noida over Gurgaon? Convince me!
U3, Bhai, Gurgaon is saturated, Noida is still developing. Metro expansion, Jewar airport... future is bright. Plus, Gurgaon mein affordability kahan hai? Noida is still relatively cheaper.

Experion 151 is a good project, no doubt. But double the interest doesn't always mean double the returns. Demand hyped up bhi ho sakta hai. Check RERA registration and past project deliveries first.
