Noida: Which Builder Delivers On Time?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and can't easily visit Noida. Thinking of investing. Which builder has a better track record for on-time delivery? I'm mainly looking at resale value down the line. Heard some builders promise a lot but deliver less. Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai about hidden charges at possession? Any experience with Supertech or ATS? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar! Will need a property manager later. Not sure which one to trust, honestly.
