I'm finally taking the plunge! Fed up of renting. Which builder in Noida actually delivers on time? Has anyone experienced delays with Supertech or Amrapali (realty)? What about hidden charges at possession? PLC sahi hai? I don't want any surprises. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Which one is better, honestly?

Be careful — this builder has 3 delayed projects and many RERA complaints. Do a thorough background check before investing your hard-earned money.

Amrapali toh bhool jao. Supreme Court ne toh band hi kar diya hai. Ab NBCC bana raha hai, but god knows kab possession milega.
I bought in Sector 78 with a smaller builder. Possession mila, but finishing quality is pathetic. Lesson learned: brand matters!

U15, Godrej is relatively better. Thoda expensive hai, but worth it for peace of mind. My friend got possession on time in Godrej Woods.

Honestly, on-time delivery is a myth in Noida. Everyone promises, no one delivers. But some are definitely better than others. Gaursons? ATS? They seem a bit more reliable.
