Noida: Which builder is more reliable, honestly?

Guys, I'm so confused! Planning to buy in Noida. What's your take on ATS vs Godrej? I've heard ATS delivers on time, but Godrej has better construction quality. Sach hai kya? Also, kisi ko hidden charges ka experience hua hai? My parents keep saying resale value is important. Which one gives better ROI down the line? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. It's my first property.
