Noida: Which builder offers better ROI?

Guys, I'm confused between a couple of builders in Noida for investment. Which one do you think has a better ROI? Has anyone seen good appreciation in their projects? Also, what about construction quality? Kya kisi ne recent projects mein issue face kiye hain? Mujhe advice chahiye.
