Hey guys, I'm confused. Should I invest in Godrej or ATS projects in Noida? What's your take on their ROI potential? Godrej seems expensive, but ATS has delivery delays, right? Has anyone seen good appreciation with either? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Which one is better for investment, honestly?
