Finally taking the plunge after years of renting. My landlord raised rent again, fed up hoon now. Noida mein property dekh raha hoon, especially Sector 78. Current prices already bahut upar hain. Kya lagta hai, 2026 tak yeh price rise sustainable hai? Will there be a correction? Also, which areas, apart from 78, do you think will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? Not sure if Jewar Airport ka impact fully priced-in hai. What's your take?

Sahi baat hai yaar, Sector 78 mein prices toh rocket ho gaye hain. Last year jo 6k/sqft tha, ab 8k bol rahe hain. Mera bhi yahi thought hai ki yeh sustainable nahi hai. Jewar ka hype pura absorb ho gaya hai kya? Mujhe toh lagta hai ek correction aayega, warna hum jaise first-time buyers ka kya hoga?
Totally agree, bhai! Same feeling. Builder ne toh rate badha diye hain, par amenities ka naam nahi hai. Bas hype
