Stumbled upon this video comparing Noida and Gurgaon's growth. It mentioned Noida's market should develop significantly in the next 7-8 years. That sounds promising, but I'm really concerned about actual project possession timelines. Are developers in Noida generally good with delivery dates? Has anyone here bought property in Noida recently? What's your experience been with getting possession on time?
