Noida's advertised security is a major letdown
Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking at Trinity High Street South Avenue, and the brochures promise top-notch security and 24/7 power. But I know what builders don't always tell you. Are the CCTVs actually monitored, or just for show? And the guards, are they just gatekeepers or properly trained for visitor management? I've seen complexes where power backup only covers common areas, leaving flats in the dark during long cuts. What's the real scene there? And elevators, do they break down constantly, or is maintenance responsive? It's about daily living, not just fancy brochures. Off the record, what's the actual ground reality for these crucial things? Don't want to get stuck with an expensive headache.
