Noida's 'Affordable Homes' are not really affordable.
Been in this real estate game for years, but buying my own flat in Noida's 'Affordable Homes' corridor feels totally different. I know builders ki marketing spin, par jab khud ke liye dekho toh sab kuch analyse karna padta hai. What hidden risks are we overlooking in these projects? Beyond just the super area vs carpet area games, I'm worried about long-term issues. Kya construction quality par compromise hota hai for these lower price points? Ya future infrastructure development, like water supply and connectivity, will lag behind? Also, OC milne mein kitna time lagta hai usually in these projects, ya possession delays common hain? I'm seeing some tempting prices near sectors like 107/108, but thoda doubt hai. Koi off-the-record advice hai toh please share. Is the initial saving worth potential headaches later?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head. My cousin booked a flat with JMD Property Bazaar in a so-called affordable project near Ajayabpur, and it's been a nightmare
Totally agree with the post! 'Affordable' is just a keyword in Noida these days. I've been looking near Sector 107/108 too, and the prices are tempting but the quality concerns are real. Lagta hai ki builder sirf numbers dikha raha hai, actual value kuch aur hai.
