Noida's 'affordable' housing isn't actually affordable, is it?
I'm based in Dubai and looking at Noida for investment. Shri Nilyam Dream Homez looks cheap initially, but what's the catch? Home And Soul Beetle Lap is Greater Noida, so connectivity might be an issue. I can't do a site visit myself. What's the carpet area efficiency in Shri Nilyam? Are there hidden costs that make it comparable to Beetle Lap eventually? Need a property manager, but worried about finding tenants in such budget-friendly projects. Has anyone else faced this?

Totally agree with the OP! Noida mein 'affordable' bol ke sab bas loot rahe hain. I'm also a first-time buyer, but jo bhi dekho, hidden costs itne hain ki budget hil jaata hai. Shri Nilyam ka naam suna hai but never explored. Kya sach mein itna difference hai Beetle Lap se?
Haan bhai, same pinch! Builders ka yahi funda hai, initially low price dikhayenge, phir sab jod ke astronomical ho jaata hai. It's a trap
