Noida builders' 'all-inclusive' pricing is the biggest lie ever. Hum Om Villa Developers ka 3BHK dekh rahe the Sector 63 A mein, laga sab clear hai. Quoted price ₹90L tha, but jab final figures aaye, dimag kharab ho gaya. PLC, floor rise, IFFC, maintenance security, wiring charges – pata nahi kya kya add kar diya. Suddenly it jumped to almost ₹1.1 Cr. My wife is so upset, we need this 3BHK for kids' school admission next year. Negotiation toh zero thi, they said 'fixed price'. Is this normal for Om Villa ya sab builders aise hi karte hain? Kya koi way out hai hidden costs se bachne ka? How much did you guys actually pay extra for your flat above the quoted price?
