Two years of constantly rising rent in Noida has me finally taking the plunge. I'm looking hard at BLGC Superb, it's completed and fits my budget. Anyone here own a unit? What's the actual rental yield like on a 2/3 BHK? More importantly, how liquid is the resale market? Trying to gauge long-term capital appreciation and exit strategy.
