Allure Aadya Tower ka price range ₹10 L se ₹21 L hai for a 1 BHK, aur total 264 units hain. Completed toh hai, par us area mein rental market abhi bhi slow hai, especially for 1BHK. Alpha I Greater Noida mein mere friend ne liya tha, usko 6 mahine lag gaye tenant dhoondhne mein. Agar investment ke liye le rahe ho toh rental yield expectations realistic rakhna. Current market conditions mein, supply high hai.
