Noida's construction quality is a lottery

₹35k rent for 5 years, I'm done. Finally buying in Noida. Ivory County Phase 3. What's the real construction quality post-possession? Are maintenance charges actually worth the service?

Bhai, I feel you on the rent part! 35k for 5 years is a lot. Ivory County Phase 3 sounds good, but isn't the price range super high? I saw something like ₹3.1 Cr minimum. Is that for a 2BHK or what?

Haan yaar, 3.1 Cr toh minimum hai. But I think that's for their smallest unit, maybe a 3BHK because of the luxury segment. It's definitely not for a 2BHK
