Noida's dirty secret: Advertised rental yields are a lie!

Okay, I'll say what no one says: those 8-10% rental yields advertised are BS. Chouhan Builders is good, but even their projects in Kakrola Village don't fetch that much. Need a 3BHK near good schools. Is it better to buy ready-to-move for actual rent or risk under-construction? Change my mind.
