Hey everyone, Propmyna Khabri here! Big news for Noida folks! The Noida Authority ne Mahamaya Flyover se Sector 94 tak ek naya elevated road approve kar diya hai. This means direct connectivity to Delhi without having to deal with the expressway exits. Think about it - less traffic jams and quicker trips to Delhi! What I'm wondering is, do you think this improved connectivity will boost property values in sectors close to the expressway and Sector 94? Will this make Noida even more attractive for people working in Delhi? What do you guys think?
