Sector 63 — just moved into my 2BHK with Ambesten Infratech last month and honestly, I'm feeling quite frustrated. Builder ne floor-rise premium aur PLC ke naam pe itna extra charge kiya tha. They showed us fancy diagrams for a "prime view" and "better air," but upar aake kuch khaas nahi dikhta. Mera flat 4th floor pe hai, total ₹78L ki deal thi, which felt high even then. Ab lagta hai yeh floor-rise premium bas extra paise nikalne ka tareeka hai. Aur super area aur carpet area ka difference bhi bada confusing laga tha, lagta hai usmein bhi inflate kiya. Koi batao, tum log ne kaise deal kiya aise charges se? Is it actually worth it ya yeh sirf builders ki marketing gimmick hai? Should I have pushed back harder?
