Imagine, 4.5 lakh units stuck pade hain! Log EMI bhi bhar rahe hain, rent bhi de rahe hain, aur legal cases bhi lad rahe hain. It's a total mess for homebuyers. Builder ka naam yaad rakho — Jaypee. Apna paisa invest karne se pehle double-check karna zaroori hai. This is a big failure, aur hum sabko alert rehna chahiye. Aapko kya lagta hai — positive ya negative for buyers?
