I'm thinking long-term investment, maybe rent it out later. Does anyone have experience with actual construction quality there? I'm worried about cracks or seepage issues that pop up after a year, impacting resale or attracting good tenants. Also, do amenities like a big clubhouse really justify higher premiums or maintenance for an investor?
