₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Gaursons 4th Avenue, and I'm seriously considering it. My parents keep saying focus on construction quality over fancy amenities, but honestly, I'm not sure. I'm worried about cracks or seepage issues that pop up after a year, impacting resale or attracting good tenants.
