Noida's 'good enough' construction: investor headaches?

₹75 lakh for a 2BHK in Gaursons 4th Avenue, and I'm seriously considering it. My parents keep saying focus on construction quality over fancy amenities, but honestly, I'm not sure. I'm thinking long-term investment, maybe rent it out later. Does anyone have experience with actual construction quality there? I'm worried about cracks or seepage issues that pop up after a year, impacting resale or attracting good tenants. Also, do amenities like a big clubhouse really justify higher premiums or maintenance for an investor?
