Noida's green spaces are mostly for show

Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Green spaces in brochures, like Kesar Garden Apartment, are glorified. But is it actual open space, ya fir just cramped towers? Matlab, are kids really playing there, or just for show? Change my mind.

Totally agree with your point about Kesar Garden, yaar. My friend booked there, possession date 2020-02-01 was met, but the green space shown in the brochure and actual is like day and night. They paid close to ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK, thinking kids would have ample play area. Now it's just a small patch of grass next to a parking lot. Builder ne toh bas dikhawa kiya.
