Noida's growth potential post-Jewar is still underestimated. Yaar, I'm trying to upgrade from our 2BHK to a bigger 3BHK for the kids. My wife's priority hai ki safe neighbourhood ho aur schools paas mein hon. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr for a good 3BHK. We're looking at Sector 150 or even 137, maybe some projects by Godrej or ATS. With Jewar airport and FNG Expressway, I feel like prices will keep climbing, but kitna aur? Is it still a good time to buy for a 5-7 year hold? Not sure agar abhi peak pe hai ya aur upside hai. Kya lagta hai, which sectors are best for family living and investment right now? Any experiences with Prasu Infrabuild in Sector 68?

Totally agree with you, bhai! Jewar toh game-changer hai. Sector 150 aur 137 are solid choices for families, especially with the upcoming infrastructure. My cousin bought a 3BHK in Godrej Nurture last year for around 1.6 Cr, and it's already showing good appreciation. Don't think it's peak yet, upside toh abhi baaki hai!
Godrej Nurture ki current price kya chal rahi hai, bro? Possession status bhi bata do.
