Noida's "hot" sectors are overpriced now, real value is elsewhere.

Is it just me, or Noida mein abhi bhi underpriced inventory mil sakti hai if you know where to look? I just bought a 2BHK near Sector 137 a couple months back, thought it was a decent deal at ₹78L. But ab lag raha hai, maybe I rushed. People say ACC Builders ke projects mein, especially older ones, thoda price correction chal raha hai. Is this true? Matlab, can you actually find a good 3BHK for like ₹90L around Sector 18 ya it's wishful thinking?

Yaar, totally relate! Sector 137 is decent but ₹78L for a 2BHK seems like a stretch now. I've been eyeing properties and the prices are just... unreal. Especially in those 'hot' sectors like 78, 120. Lagta hai hum sab ne FOMO mein kuch galat decisions le liye.
