Noida's infra boom: Which areas should I be looking at?

Honestly, I thought I'd done my homework, but understanding Noida's infrastructure impact is harder than I thought. Just moved into Sector 78 a couple months back. I'm seeing all the talk about Jewar Airport, FNG Expressway, and Aqua Line extensions. Which specific areas, like maybe Sector 150 or Noida Extension, do you guys think will see the most price appreciation? And are there still any affordable pockets left near these upcoming projects?
