Noida's infra boost is already priced in, change my mind.
Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but now I'm seriously looking for a 3BHK in Noida. Kids ke school admission ka time aa raha hai, so my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood near good schools. We need at least a 3BHK, around 1500 sqft. I'm checking out Sector 150 and even some projects in Noida Extension from builders like Godrej Properties and ATS. Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway ka hype toh bahut hai. Log bol rahe hain ki prices abhi aur badhenge, already 5-10% upar hain. But I'm wondering, is this growth real, ya sab speculation hai? Kya future infra development already current property prices mein absorb ho chuka hai? Should I wait, or is now the time to buy before it gets even crazier? What's your experience with these infra projects actually impacting value?
