Noida's infra push: where's the smart money going for upgrades?

Which areas in Noida are best for upgrading my 2BHK to a 3BHK or villa given the new infra? With Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway, Kulesara or Yamuna Expressway micro-markets seem interesting. Is the premium justified now, or are there still affordable investment windows? What's everyone's take on future appreciation?
