Noida mein high-end clubhouse amenities bas show-off hain, utility zero. Trinity High Street South Avenue jaise projects mein investors ko extra maintenance bharna padta hai for facilities jo koi use nahi karta. Kya fancy gym ya pool really rent ya resale ROI badhata hai? Mere calculations toh nahi dikhate. Change my mind.

The post has a point. Trinity High Street South Avenue is COMPLETED, possession from Sep 2024. But for a price range of ₹27 L – ₹64 L, are these 'luxury' amenities really adding value or just overhead? With only 120 units, the cost gets distributed, but still. What's the real ROI on these for a first-time buyer?
Higher rent is one thing, but what about resale? Most first-time buyers look at capital appreciation. If
I think it depends on the target audience. For renters, a good clubhouse and pool can be a deal-breaker, especially if they are young professionals. It can definitely command a slightly higher rent. But yes, for a first-time buyer like us, who are budget-conscious, it's a tough call. Noida's current market conditions are also tricky, not every property sees great appreciation.
My uncle bought a place near Alistonia Estate a few years back, lured by the 'resort-like' amenities. Pool, clubhouse, tennis court - sab hai. But half the time they're under repair or not maintained properly. And the maintenance charges are insane, almost ₹7000 every month for a 2BHK. He regrets it now, says he should have gone for a simpler society with lower outgoings. These builders promise the moon, but we pay for the stars we never see.
Par kya Trinity High Street South Avenue mein actual maintenance itna high hai? Any current residents or those who got possession in 2024-09-01 can confirm? I heard the ₹27L-₹64L range is attractive, but hidden costs ka darr hai. What's the real ground reality?
Exactly! My friend in Alpha I Greater Noida has similar issues. His maintenance bill is higher than his EMI sometimes. It's a trap, especially when you're on a tight budget.
Bhai, for Trinity High Street, the common area maintenance is usually calculated per sqft. Around ₹3-4 per sqft is typical for these kinds of projects, but luxury amenities push it to ₹5-6 easily. For a 1000 sqft unit, that's ₹5-6k just for maintenance, plus electricity, water. Bahut zyada hai. U2, you're right to be worried.
Totally agree with the post! Maintenance is a huge worry for first-time buyers like me. Ye fancy gyms ka bill kaun bharega? Already EMI ka tension hai, upar se yeh extra kharcha. It really impacts our budget.
