Bhai, tumne bilkul sahi pakda hai. Noida mein 'luxury' ke naam pe bahut builders basic amenities mein compromise karte hain. Power backup ka toh common area wala point 100% true hai, mere dost ke project mein bhi yahi haal hai. Full flat backup toh rarely milta hai, aur agar milta bhi hai toh uske charges itne high hote hain ki tenant bhag jaate hain.
