Noida becoming the next Gurgaon? Thoda zyada hogaya! Gurgaon has infrastructure and established companies. Noida is catching up, but *luxe* at 40 cr? I doubt it's widespread. Maybe a few penthouses?
Totally agree yaar, 40 cr toh Delhi mein bhi mil jayega better option. Noida is good for middle to upper middle class, not ultra-luxury yet. But the airport is a game changer, no doubt.
