Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now I'm finally taking the plunge in Noida. Fed up of renting, wanna build equity. Looking at places like Pearls Gateway Towers. My big concern is construction quality. Does cheap initial cost mean huge maintenance later, impacting resale value and tenant attraction? Also, do those fancy clubhouses actually attract better tenants or just add to the EMI? Not sure if amenities truly drive premium pricing for real ROI.

Pearls Gateway Towers 2008 ka hai? Aur itna mehenga? Bhai, first-time buyer ke liye toh yeh budget out of question hai. 5.9 Cr se 14.6 Cr? Itne mein toh Ajayabpur mein poora plot mil jayega! Maintenance bhi toh purane building ka zyada hoga na? Construction quality pe kaise trust karein after so many years?
