Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but still stuck on which project in Noida. Everyone glorifies new developments, but nobody talks about the *real* construction quality issues post-possession. I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK or villa, maybe Jaypee Krescent Homes type. Is the premium justified if you're dealing with cracks, seepage, ya fitting issues within the first year? How does unreliable water supply ya slow elevator maintenance affect tenant attraction and resale value? Investor perspective se, yeh initial snags ka long-term ROI kya hai? Change my mind.
