₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150 feels pretty steep right now. We're upgrading from our 2BHK for the kids; my wife prioritises safety and good schools. I've seen prices in areas like Sector 150 and 107 jump significantly. Is this 8-10% annual rise sustainable, or are we heading for a correction? With Jewar Airport and new infra, prices are up, but I'm not sure if it's all real demand or just speculative hype. I'm worried about buying at the peak. What are your thoughts on price trends by 2026? Which areas, maybe Sector 78 or 137, do you think will actually give good appreciation in the next 2 years without being totally inflated already? Don't want to regret this big decision later.
