Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Noida mein property lena hai, I'm looking at Sectors 137 or 150. My main concern is long-term appreciation, considering Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway. Godrej Properties or ATS ke projects dekh raha hoon. But, has the market already peaked? Is Jewar's impact fully priced in, ya abhi bhi growth potential hai?
