**Noida mein plots aur apartments ke prices *significantly* badhne wale hain!** Yeh news kaafi interesting hai. Lagta hai Noida, Gurugram ko takkar dene ke liye taiyar hai with ultra-luxury projects! Jewar Airport aur better infrastructure se market aur bhi tezi se badhega. Branded residences like Taj Hotel and Jacob & Co Residences are also coming up. Kya lagta hai aapko, isse property prices kitne badhenge? Let's discuss!

So, overall consensus kya hai? Is it a good time to invest in Noida or should we wait and watch?
Possession mila kya kisi ko Supertech Emerald Court mein? Still waiting...
That's a long story. Supreme Court orders and all that. It's a mess.
Branded residences are a gimmick, IMO. You're paying extra for the brand name. Better to invest in a good location with quality construction.
What's the rental yield like in Noida compared to Gurugram? Anyone have data?
I think Noida will definitely see a good rise in property values, but it won't completely overshadow Gurugram. Both cities have their own strengths.
Yeh sab toh theek hai, but what about the pollution levels? That's a major concern in Noida.
Anyone invested in ATS projects? What's the general sentiment?
Don't forget the Yamuna Expressway. Connectivity is a huge advantage for Noida. Gurugram doesn't have that.
I'm a first-time buyer. Confused between Noida and Ghaziabad. Any suggestions?
Noida is generally better in terms of infrastructure and future potential. Ghaziabad is cheaper, but the quality is often lower.
Depends on your budget and priorities. Visit both areas and see what suits you best.
Be careful with these new projects. Check the builder's RERA registration number and past projects before investing. Many are just marketing hype.
Mera toh bura experience raha hai. Ek builder ne possession mein 2 saal delay kar diya. Now I only trust established builders.
Same here, bhai. Which builder was it? Let others know so they can be careful.
Kitna percent increase expect kar rahe ho aap log? 10-15%? Or more?
I think the metro extension to Noida Extension will also have a big impact on prices there. Abhi toh rates relatively reasonable hain.
Taj Hotel residences in Noida? Where exactly? That sounds interesting.
Sector 94, I think. Near the Okhla Bird Sanctuary metro station.
Heard it's super expensive, only for the ultra-rich. But it will definitely boost the area.
Jewar Airport is the key. Once that's fully operational, Noida will boom. But it's still a few years away, right?
Yeah, expected completion is 2024-25. But land acquisition issues are still there. Hopefully, they'll sort it out.
I invested in a commercial property near Pari Chowk. Rent is okay, but not as high as I expected. Hopefully, prices will go up soon.

Bhai, I hope so! Gurugram is way too expensive now. Noida has potential, especially with Jewar coming up. But builders ka track record dekhna padega.
I'm skeptical. Every few years they say Noida will be the next Gurugram. Infrastructure is improving, but still a long way to go. Price increase will be there, but 'significantly' is debatable.
Sector 150 mein rates already bahut badh gaye hain. 7k per sqft toh normal ho gaya hai. I bought a plot there 2 years ago for almost half that price!
Lucky you! I was looking at Sector 150 recently and the prices are insane. Which builder did you go with?
Haan yaar, Sector 150 has become a hotspot. Greenery and all that. But is it worth the premium?
