Noida's Real Estate Market Challenges Gurugram

Guys, I was just talking to a friend who's worried about Noida's property prices going crazy. But yeh news kaafi interesting hai. Seems like Noida is giving Gurugram a run for its money in the luxury real estate space! With Jewar Airport coming up and better connectivity, builders like Gulshan, M3M and even IHCL (Taj Hotels wale!) are launching some seriously high-end projects. Think ₹25,000-₹35,000 per sq ft! Branded residences and serviced apartments bhi trend mein hain. Jacob & Co Residences aa raha hai! Sochne wali baat hai, is this the right time to invest in Noida? Ya phir prices bahut zyada badh gaye hain? What do you guys think? Is this good news or bad news for Noida buyers?
