Is the current rent situation in Noida finally pushing others towards buying? My landlord just hiked rent again, making a 2BHK in Sector 137 almost ₹25k. I'm so fed up of renting. I'm looking at a 2BHK around ₹70-80L in Sector 78 or 150. My EMI would be similar, maybe slightly more. Is it just me, or is the EMI vs rent math finally tilting towards ownership here? What are your experiences? Is this rent rise justified?

Totally feel you, bhai! My landlord in Sector 121 just bumped up the rent by 15% for my 2BHK. It's becoming impossible to save for a down payment at this rate. EMI for a similar place would be around ₹30k for me, and rent is already ₹28k. It's like they're forcing us to buy, but is it really the right time with interest rates so high? Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
