Noida's resale market isn't ready for upgrades yet

Is the resale market in Noida actually moving for 2BHKs or sab paper pe hi hai? We're in Sector 78, have a 2BHK, but ab family badh rahi hai and need a 3BHK. My wife's main priority is a good school nearby and a safe area for the kids. Hum log Sector 150 ya 107 dekh rahe hain, maybe even something by Godrej or ATS. But selling our current flat is proving tough, yaar. Offers are quite low, not what I expected after all the Jewar Airport buzz. Not sure if I should wait for the resale market to pick up, ya phir abhi jump kar loon before 3BHK prices in those areas go even higher? Has anyone sold their 2BHK recently from Sector 78 or nearby? Kya real appreciation mila? Aur kya ready-to-move 3BHKs in 150/107 worth the current premium for a family?
